Jason Coleman has been blessed with tremendous talent inherited from his grandfather,
the legendary keyboardist Floyd Cramer. And now his current concert
tour, Legacy of Floyd Cramer, is bringing a heartfelt new life to Cramer's beloved music. Jason's concerts
are filled with exciting songs and nostalgic stories as he shares special memories
of his grandfather and the music he made famous. If you enjoy the
music of Floyd Cramer, you won't want to miss this one! |
Although Barbra Streisand and Frank Sinatra never actually worked together, it's
tantalizing to think what might have been. The Concert That Never Was features segments simulating Streisand and Sinatra in masterful duets, including
Somewhere, Something Stupid, and New York, New York. Sharon Owens, who has a stunning resemblance in both appearance and voice
to Streisand, joins Sebastian Anzaldo, who looks and sounds amazingly like Sinatra.
You won't want to miss this bit of stage magic! |
Brought back by request! America's longest-running multicultural song and dance
company, The Duquesne University Tamburitzans, is a unique ensemble of talented young folk artists dedicated to the performance
and preservation of the music, songs, and dances of Eastern Europe and neighboring
folk cultures. 30 to 40 performers are full-time students who receive
scholarship awards from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. These students
attend college all week and perform most weekends throughout the year,
wearing authentic costumes of the countries they portray. They are sure to
bring you a most enjoyable night of entertainment! |
Former New York City police officer, Daniel Rodriguez has experienced a meteoric
rise to fame. He was one of his department's designated anthem singers on
September 11, 2001, when fate intervened - he rendered amazing a capella performances
of "God Bless America" and "The National Anthem" that proved far greater
than a patriotic gesture. A pillar of courage and faith, Daniel Rodriguez
is truly an inspiration who freely shares his deep appreciation for life, God,
and country. |

Chapter Six Friday, April 30, 2010 *7:30pm* Paramount Theatre |
Emerging from a course at Millikin University, Chapter 6 became the youngest group
ever to qualify for the Chicago-area national Harmony sweepstakes. After
winning that title for three straight years, they captured the national title
in 2004. Numerous awards later, this six-man a capella troupe now tours North America and Asia, performing a family-friendly show that features intricate harmonies and first-class stage wit. Whether a signature piece such as "Ode to Krispy Kreme", or the American Idol-featured group's very own award-winning version of "The Wizard of Oz", audiences revel in Chapter 6's superb muscianship and adventurous spirit. |

The Lindsay Family Saturday, May 14, 2011 *7:30* Paramount Theatre |
But before you get all excited about next season, don't forget Chapter Six, our last
show of this season |
"Toe Tappin', Heart Touchin', Good News Music!" The Lindsay Family inspires and thrills all who hear them. To say that Tyler, Ryan, Christina,
and their parents Paul and Susan perform jazz and other styles on multiple instruments
is about as descriptive as saying that they all ride bicycles!
These folks perform...and they do it at an outrageously high standard for any age
musician. If you enjoyed the Hunt Family Fiddlers, you will love The Lindsay
Family! |
